You may not share your account or allow others to access Kanvu through your credentials without explicit permission from the operator.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kanvu to:

5. Data and privacy
Your use of Kanvu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All data you store in Kanvu is held on the operator's secure servers. No third parties have access to your data.
6. Availability and service changes
Kanvu is provided on a best-effort basis. The operator aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Intellectual property
The Kanvu name, logo, and all application code are the property of the Kanvu operator. You retain ownership of the content (tasks, notes, workspace data) you create within Kanvu. You grant the operator a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Kanvu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Kanvu operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kanvu at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at the operator's discretion. You may stop using Kanvu at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
